It is a sparkling wine that originates from Moscato grapes grown in the Euganean hills, an area of central Veneto with a long wine making tradition. The grapes, after harvesting, undergo a soft pressing and subsequently a cold maceration at about 5 ° C for 12 hours. The must is separated from the skins by means of a light pressing, and stored at very low temperatures to avoid fermentation. The sparkling process that follows starts with the addition of selected yeasts directly to the must. The resulting wine has the fresh and fragrant character of the original grapes, a limited alcohol content and a pleasant sweet taste sensation.
