A mix of butter, flour and eggs covered with Avola almonds, Green Pistachio of Bronte DOP or Modica chocolate IGP.
Our colomba is rich but refined to the taste and very digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of raw materials of the highest quality.
100% handcrafted and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, as tradition dictates since 1983.
STORAGE: in a cool and dry place.
SERVING ADVICE: To enhance the balance of aromas and flavors, heat each slice in the oven at 150 ยฐ for about 15/20 seconds.

- Artisan Colomba with Pistachio : wheat flour; butter, sugar, eggs, natural yeast, honey; pistachio , salt, natural flavors. Coverage: pistachio cremino, chopped pistachios, chopped sugar. FILLING: Cremino spreadable pistachio supplied separately (200g).
- Artisanal Colomba with Green Pistachio of Bronte DOP : wheat flour; butter, sugar, eggs, natural yeast, honey; pistachio from Bronte , salt, natural flavors. Coverage: Bronte pistachio. FILLING: Cremino spreadable pistachio supplied separately (200g).
